Breathwork

Breathwork is a powerful meditation technique that uses the breath to purge the body of pent-up stress, anxiety and emotional blockages. It helps us feel less stress, more ease and significantly lighter in mind, body + spirit.
Breathwork goes deep to:
-
calm the nervous system
-
ease anxiety
-
relieve depression
-
clear the mind
-
boost immunity
-
free up stuck pain
-
release limiting beliefs
-
improve sleep patterns
-
heal trauma
-
express grief
-
open the heart
-
improve clarity + intuition
-
enhance creativity
-
promote relaxation

Clients remain fully clothed, and breathe lying face up on a massage table. You can use an eye pillow to cover your eyes, if desired. Your appointment begins with a 15 - 20 minute conversation about your current balance and session goals. The active breathing lasts for 20 - 35 minutes. Following this, you return to a resting breath for 10 - 20 minutes. Energy healing may be offered at this point to help you fully integrate the experience. Your therapist will be there to support you, to hold space, and to help guide you into deep release.

Healing music and essential oil blends are often incorporated to enhance the experience.

If you are ready to shift from self-care to self-love, if you are ready to ask for a better quality of life and living, Breathwork is for you.

Virtual Breathwork, an experience from the comfort of your own home, is available via Facetime or Zoom.
